Purchase a company already listed on Nasdaq or other big board. OK. There is a company called NeoMagic which had a few patents but was very poorly run. SO poorly they have done a reverse split (have very low number of outstanding shares) and is priced around $2. Probably would not take much to purchase them. And they have a patent portfolio (they too signed with Sony). OR another poorly run company with technology patents is Pixel works. probably many of them out there, with good technology but POOR management and undervalued because of the poor management. Could be a bold and exciting move. me thinks too much.
