It`s a little bit a summary of all, that`s right.

Many have burnt thier fingers during our big increase of more than 2$. Nowadays, it`s should be harder to convince potential share holders to buy PTSC. Not to forget, playing in the OTC-BB. Many made their own bad experiences.

Nevertheless, it takes time to ``fix and change`` some negative points into positiv. IMO, we have the right BOD to do so. Pherhapse, they need more praessure from retail share holders.
