What if PTSC was busy buying back shares and building the foundation for the plan you described ... to start incrementally and steadily growing the PPS. Premature to start the advancement until everything is in place. You have conveyed your belief in these peoples expertise and integrity. Why wouldn`t you be secure in that now? And trust they are preparing for this long awaited climb. Just not ready yet. SO what is a legitimate time for them to prepare for this climb?
