Help me here as we are all stuck in our ways of thinking.....Supply and demand.........I bring cars to the auction to be sold/auctioned off to other dealers......Some cars do not even invite bids while other cars have a mass of people watching and several people bidding in earnest......

Since we are told that ``they`` are all on the phones, my perception with offers to settle , of course it is a cat and mouse game on price......

Life is a cat and mouse game......We are not TPL but no one wants to over pay yet the FUD of missing the boat and haveing to pay through the nose is also a reality.......

So, is TPL literally having an auction and playing one co against another...???

It seems from the likes of SONY that we hold the winning cards, but getting the co`s to pay up is our only problem......

So or course i am confused as is the market......I do post that the J3 outcome is over blown now but sitting here now i feel that to get these large co to their knees /better to settle than to pay a billion will send the shock waves that will have these co`s beging to be first..........Nice dream...???..Larry
