License Question

At the present time, TPL is notifying hundreds of companies that they are suspected of infringing on patents jointly held by TPL/PTSC. Based on memory, TPL/PTSC believes 3 patents are foundation patents if I recall correctly.

Question: Are different companies in violation of different patents?..Are all infringers assumed guilty of all 3 patents? OR can you be in violation of less than 3? I thought I read earlier some patents are more valuable than others. Has TPL/PTSC established basic floor values for each patent, then scales up the monetary compensation based on ``early signees``, or how crucial each patent is worth in each industry and for each company within the same industry?.....

Example:

Patent 1 = $

Patent 2 = $$

Patent 3 = $$$
