Again speculation on my part, but IMO many co`s might feel that SONY did in fact get a great deal because of whom they are; and that they validated the IP by sticking a deal......

As in the commercial , pay me now or pay me later.....The Sony deal might have many co`s pissed off and i believe the J3 can afford to drag it out and lose it all to us, since it sould still be a blip to them.....

Sure i want the J3 to settle, since it will further validate out case, but it seems like SONY, EPSON AND NIKON are for me a great treo of co`s to hang our hats on.....Again 20 million here and 20 million there and we actually will have some real monry..LOL

Pride gets in the way of logic many times..........I am very content that we are signing deals with the outcome of the J3 case still being unknown.............I believe that the LONGS know this to be true/content about our future.......We just have to convince the new investor`s who have cold feet.......Larry
