I actually find this quite currious...

pending approval by the Seiko Epson Board of Directors...

1- Since when are they announcing deals `pending approval`

2- another after trading`s closed Friday announcement

3- No `discount` mention, but another `first mover`..

Don`t get me wrong.. I`m extatic over a new deal.. just find the timing, at the end of a down semi-low vol day, currious..

I believe I know exactly what the trading pattern will be Monday..
