I agree, institutional money is key for really making the share price take-off. I have mixed feelings about future divis - I think I`m leaning away from them at the moment.

One of the most unattractive characteristics of this stock is it`s float. Will the buy back decrease the float? If yes, let`s get rid of all float that we can. I hate to sound like a broken record but at .80 or .90 per share, we could easily put a nice dent in the float if a lot of settlements are due in. JMO GLTA
