I do think he is trying to send a message to shareholders though and is saying: We are doing just fine, we have more earnings from these latest deals, we don`t have to file the 8-k anymore, because it is ``now`` normal for us to produce revenue by licensing or settling with infringers and we don`t want to tell the world about the details yet and there are at least 150 more of them.
