HP was given dramatic discount and still was a pretty nice chunk of change. So others not going to get discount will have to be threatened to go to court. After all, HP has been promised that by being early, they will disadvantage their competition. We have not seen a big settlement yet. As many of the confident longs have said, pull up a chair and settle in for the ride. The fear mongering worked better when we floundered in the pennies for years. Uncertainty and unkept promises were the norm. Higher expectations are here to stay and Pohl working hard to meet them.
