Steve -

maybe you can help clarify this for me -

1) True of false - a ``buyback`` is different from share retirement......?

2) Does a buyback permanently remove shares from the trading float?...the key word is permanent.

3) (2-parter here)

a) Does an S8 have to be filed prior to any options grants?....

b) If so, why do no S8`s show up for the FY 2006 grants from 2/2006-5/2006

This area not my expertise....need guidance
