precluded from buying shares because of limitations on insider trading. Were there windows where they could have bought - I honestly don`t know. Bit I believe we feel the same way on this issue - if you don`t trust Mr. Pohl and the BOD then why would ever consider buying or holding this stock. Get out at the earliest opportunity.
