i think you are missing my point. i want to read all
posts and i stated in my response to ron that i did
not agree with the poster. but ron overlooked that in
his post to me. my post to him was cordial and not
arrogantly insulting. but to request every poster who questions management to leave is absurd. the p`dude was
off base but to constantly nail every post as FUD or anti-
management is equally wrong.
if in fact you examine some of the troubling aspects
of PTSC today you will see that management is probably
why we are not moving up on Sony and Nikon news.
the market (IMO) evaluated PTSC when we shot up to 2.50 and
retraced to 1.50. the SHM is what i feel hurt us. the
market and investors saw the PTSC vehicle.....they popped
the hood and found no engine. the BOD is tucked into
the backseat and the Leckies are driving the car. but
other than sporadic settlements how do you evaluate
PTSC? based on a BOD that has been there since the
inception (other than Pohl who is tied well to S/L with
perigrene). do you think the market will reward a company
that grants themselves options in the money for doing
nothing. they have no voice in negotiations. we have
office space and no employees. most of the BOD do not
live in San Diego. Always a scary prospect when a company
with no employees grants themselves options yet have
never spent any of their own money in buying stock.
PTSC basically scrapped Ignite. so what is PTSC`s
plan.....? who knows......yet they grant themselves
options......why? why not position the options out
of the money so they have a goal. they will retire rich on this stock even if it nevers goes beyond a buck. its
all free money to the BOD. the company is either inept
or a well positioned shell.
fut...all the time you have been in this stock....did
you imagine that Sony would not move us up even a little?
i think ptsc BOD has managed to screw up ownership of
the mother of all patents.
i mean no disrespect but to not allow opposing view
points on a public board is wrong.....and ron has never
agreed with me...so be it.....but i am not a
boot licker....i am an investor and i guess a co-owner of
this public company.
be well
