Why is this not important? Can the parties just send in the signatures or do they or their reps have to show up to sign? If they all get together in front of the judge ( or just show up at different times in front of a clerk ) what could happen? Trading insults or perhaps discussion and exchange of info or ideas? My guess is that paper work can be just sent in, but then I`m not a lawyer. I just pay them to work for me ( as least often as possible ).
