1) If we do not go to trial until late 2007 in what is called the rocket docket court, then what would the average timeline be in Ca. or for that matter any other state?

2) I know that you have answered questions in the past regarding filing against other infringers. Something along the line of the legal expense and man hours etc...

However with the potential lengthy time frame we are now looking at (and possible appeals if it should go that far) do you think (speculation I know) that maybe now is the time to look at filing againist other stubborn infringers? At least getting the paper work started starts the clock and lets these and other infringers know that the PTSC/TPL team will not wait for the J3 before pursuing blatant and stubborn infringers.
