I agree with caseysan and Jimbo 181--it looks to me like the big 3 want to see previous settlements so that they can get the best possible deal. This July should be very very interesting for us. If, in fact, any of our patented tech has been used in the STI-cell, we should hear of settlements during that month. fs1406/fs2006 (guessing they are the same)has been doing some dynamite DD and has posted that the PS3 is to be released early Nov. 2006. Some of you have indicated that we will have many new companies to sign on before the J3 is settled--If this is the case they had best hurry--there is just not a lot of time left between now and July the 17th--which is when I am hoping settlements are announced.
