so does this imply we are definately NOT close to settlement? Last week someone speculated that we had not heard anything pertaining to scheduling because we must be close to settlement. Not that we have a schedule, is not the converse true, that the court scheduled us because we are not close to settlement?

this and that article about being a one trick pony, and the fish lawsuit must all be the weight holding us down around a buck.
