Failure to comply with the 10% max Swartz holding is Swartz`s problem not PTSC...

Thanks for continuing to remind everyone of that fact Virt. It seems some have the attention span of a puppy and forget tomorrow what they are learning today. PTSC has absolutely no obligation to manage the holding limit for anyone. It would make sense that they would talk to each other, but no requirement to even do that. What do you expect to see today?
