I believe we will not get to know the Sony numbers so the

J3 will have a much harder time drawing that line. The key to the whole mess is in how much. RWIW, I can see us settling with a couple more or a few small companies soon. My reason is that sense, PTSC is a public company and has to file public income reports, there needs to be a `` I wonder factor``....that is exactly how much money did each one pay....no more deals for a long while and everyone will know the exact $ amount, including the J3 and all the small fish in the ocean. To make this work correctly they need to hid the exact amounts by multi deals to be filed on the income statements. That way we will have a snow ball effect going forward, and of course the snow ball effect will carry over to the share price. I was afraid of something like Sony settlement when I sold and bought back. I payed higher than we are now to get back in because I didn`t wish to get caught. If they do go for the multi deals ( if they can...LOL ) then how on earth do traders take a chance.....only daily? Knowing that the Markman will be at least 9 months down the road, the only thing to do is hold only.........However, I do see major movements in the pps......how does one do it and make major cash or more shares ( not to mention the taxes )most of my $ is not in an IRA. I guess the only way is to have a core holding going forward and trading shares one could loose and not effect the outcome long term. I wish I had that kind of money. I see a great chance.

The Sony number has been guessed here and someone here, I don`t remember, divided the settled company`s gross by the settlement amounts and make a very good guess as to how much Sony had to pay. I though that was very reasonable and a good judge. So I fixed my thoughs at the 80 million mark, where we get 40m and PTSC has now hit the 100 million mark gross this year.....all my opinion of course.

I believe that the Pohl PR stated the discount for the reason of conveying that to the J3, not the shareholders.

That way TPL can tell the J3, who just may be in talks, that they are the holdouts and they don`t get the early bird speical, we had to spend # on lawsuits you see. I can see the J3 settling for a large enough sum to make everyone happy and start the snow ball rolling at an unstoppable pace. BTW, that could still be hundreds of millions total in income that was fore told for the J5.

What bugs me is, I`m not the sharpest rock in the yard, and many others know and believe simular....so what about he shareprice at present. The lawsuit against us from the former law firm? S, L, MM`s and all playing money making games for themselves as we wait on the J3 outcome? No recurring royalties?

Question, am I thinking right? Could there be someting lurking behind the scenes that put a stop to the future for us? Sure, I know nothing is set in stone and J3 could

really have a card up their sleve, but I for one believe otherwise. Anyone else?

You know what, I haven`t read anything to cause me to think badly of our chances.......so , the old saying ``To good to be true`` is creaping up here as I type. I knew for a fact, if I had a million dollars I could have put it in PTSC last month at .70 and I could make a million dollars clear by the end of the year......I was aching to come of with more cash then but could not, and now I believe after Sony, it is too late now. Was my thinking ``To good to be true`` then? Or, do we here know more than others. I know we don`t...LOL , but I have been witness to news being posted here before anyone on the market knew ....Sony, for one...someone quick on the gun (someone here even stated he did get in at, what?, 1.10 before the Sony run to 1.50.

I know we have a lock on at least a double so I buy, but you know you are going to short it and you laugh at me when you sell....I know you are shorting and I laugh, knowing that another deal will come along and catch you red handed. You know,I know that but you know that no more deals will come along for several days and by that time your M&M friends will have already done the dead for you.

I know that you know the deals will be later , however I have friends too and I am laughing at you knowing I`m the bait to get you to short it lower so they can buy more, so I know you will loose in the long run. Where does it stop, I am not immune to it, so I can`t trick my way out, I cant` kill them SO, IMO there is no way out.

I just hope that the settlements will come and be enough to make them greedy enought to go for the big bucks and walk us up to.........WHERE?

With out the recurring, it will not stop...after each deal, they will believe another deal will be far enough off to short us to no end. I can;t even see the SEC doing anything about it, the problem is too wide an issue. That hot potato could crash the market bigtime.

We need bigger numbers and multi deals in a row to screw them. The Amex can help some but, you can still short Amex stock.....Rethank the ongoing royalties issue??? Take the steps to make all PTSC stock not in street name, someone posted about a company doing just that, with speical shares for the shareholders that are locked away from shorts by design. We could do just that. The company is smart enough...they make the poision pill of the Patents going to TPL if we were to get bought out. That alone , was a great move...worthless if they did try a hostile takeover...LOL.......Let`s do the same sort of thing to the Naked Shorts, and even the general shorts for that matter. Even if that would make trading the stock harder to do, would that bother you? Not me! Would you mind if daytraders were stopped also? Only true investing for a outcome higher or lower soley on the performance of the company, like real owners of a company...LOL
