Please note the third paragraph in the link. I believe PTSC & TPL are leaving a lot out of the press releases and if royalties do not commence until 2007 or 08 and the companies are bought out, with the confidentialty clauses, we or no one would ever know. I am not implying anything crooked mind you, just that the discount only applies to the excuse me pmts in the settlements. I just cannot believe these settlements are this low as compared to some others, but I could be, and prolly am wrong. We`ll see. GLTAL RJ Please don`t tell me the co.s cannot be bought, a consortium could take them both out in the blink of an eye. Money still does the talking and I`ll bet it is in discussion and someone is eating up these cheap shares. JMO Ron be well.
