Jimson, you make valid arguments in your re-address of Drebbin. However, if you read Drebbin`s post you will see he is not speaking of dilution in general terms. He is writing about(cash strapped) companies needing to issue more stock. Thus their float keeps going up.
This has nothing to do with Patriot`s situation. PTSC has plenty of cash.
Everyone (imo correctly so) regarded this post as FUD since it has nothing to do with PTSC current circumstance.
