I`ve read the posts about this subject and like others I am wondering what the settlement amount is. I worked it from a different angle. In Hollywood/film biz the agent gets a commission. DP got one! One of the posts recently stated that he got what? 1.5 million shares @.16 cents. So that was his commission so to speak, a bonus. The key is what was the percentage? Lots of agents get 10%. If 10% is standard and who knows if that was the % in that case, the settlement amount would be 10 times DP`s commission. I haven`t had time to figure out just how much he got because he has to sell to get the money and he has to spend some money to get the stock. One amount less the other. One could use the price of the stock on the day of the settlement, less his cash out of his own pocket. I am sure there are other factors, but simply put DP you could figure DP got 10% of the settlement amount. Then again realtors get a 6% commission! and what do lawyers get?!!

PS. Does DP have any law degrees or background?
