Steve, your optimism is infectious. And it might be that TPL is carefully, shrewdly managing how this plays out. Remember how fast and furious our flight from 10 cents was? Some sold along the way, selling at 50 cents and were estatic thinking they had hit it at the top, but it kept climbing to over $2. Now we rest around a buck waiting for events to unfold. Imagine how much influence TPL has with how they unfold the story. They are getting everyone in position, ready to profit, and then a series of signings and news events to drive us past our imaginations. Those selling at $2 may be like those who sold at 50 cents… But that is what I am sure Pohl meant about pivotal and crucial. It doesn’t really matter what Sony signed for. They downplayed that. It is the J3 nut that must be cracked. It is crucial for us to succeed. Court would be risky for everyone. If we lose, we all can forget about it. If we win, we are Rambus material. PIVOTAL & CRUCIAL. Almost worth buying shares in the J3 and as a shareholder, urging them to sign a licensing agreement for their best interest. The price can not climb, nor can we go to Nasdaq with this uncertainty around our neck. Crack the J3. Especially if they sign for more than a nuisance fee, we will go above our all time high IMO of $7. It is that crucial and pivotal to our dreams.
