With all due respect - it is obvious that English is not your first language, as it is often very hard to not only understand a point you are trying to make, and as a result follow your logic. I am not going to try to pretend to be an options expert, but I can tell you from what I have read and do know 1) You don`t know, or haven`t presented any evidence showing that you know when this option was issued to Mr. Pohl. Therefore you have no idea whether the price of the option is appropriate or not. You have made some pretty strong accusations here. I suggest you either talk to a lawyer or the SEC if you think Patriot is involved in something illegal, or learn how to present the evidence for these accusations in a coherent manner so that the reader can follow your thinking and/or evidence and discuss this manner accordingly.
