Also IMO Sony infringes on a massive scale so the substantial discounted license still has the possibility of being twice what Fujitsu and others paid. I will be disappointed if TPL signed them for anything less than $50M. $50M is what I would consider a substantial discount for past infringement dating back to 1994. Hopefully we got more but I`m not going to hold my breath. Time will tell.
