My question to you would be, what has changed in the last month to justify your criticism. You hadn`t spoken up before the SHM regarding our BOD`s incompetence. Why now? Why after we just announced an important licensing agreement? Just looking for a little consistency. If you thought the BOD hadn`t done anything and all were incompetent, why hadn`t you sold a long time ago. I would think that`s a crucial part of your decision in whether to own this stock or not.
