So are you saying it is better to use the proceeds to invest in opportunities, say 2x sales, that might result in earnings of, say 10 cents on the dollar (if you`re lucky), and then take, say 15% of those whopping earnings and pay them as a dividend? Gee, Patriot shareholders would get about $225,000 in total vs. $20 million or so.

I`ll like the current program better. The cash comes and it all goes back out to the owners -- pretty efficient business model. Now if we could only reduce our headcount from 6 to 3 ...... lol
