My thought was Sony would be the first to license (e.g. settle) because they were dropped from litigation.

IMO, this was a perfect move by TPL/PTSC no matter what the dollars on the deal were because it puts leverage on the J3 and other companies. It will be difficult for any company which we feel infringes on our patent to defend itself when major players have licensed.

Tomorrow should be interesting. Damit, I`ll be tied up on business calls most of the morning!!
