I feel now that Sony was a done deal but TPL/PTSC decided to hold out signing for a rainy day - a time when there are no licensees for months on end.

IMO this has all been timed.. played out just the way PTSC wanted

People realize that every potential licensee who litigates will drain PTSC`s limited resources

Then why did Fujitsu break ranks and license, for what $30+ Mil?

And why did Sony also stop litigation and license?

And why in the world would HP even license then??
