Cap... B&O deserve nothing, cept maybe a swift kick in the ass... Your handling of the Higgins debacle was criminal.. obviously you were in way over your head.. esp for someone `who`s been doing this longer than most Fed judges` or whatever it was you said, and was admitted into Ca Fed Court..

Guess what.. PTSC got exactly what they paid for in representation
