It is very clear to me that anyone holding shares today will see higher prices......

When i read the Pr this morning, it was surreal..We were actually named in the PR as a partner....I believe we were all dreaming that SONY would pay the pipper one day.....So when it actually happened there was no way i was going to shout with 3 thousand dealers in earshot..LOL....

I also believe the amount of the settlement is not our main focus, infact SONY is a competetor with the J3 so by signing they are also putting the screws to the J3....

They were smart to sign and since it appears the amount/$ does not have to be announced for another 3+ months the other infringers will just have to guess.....I believe that is to our advantage.........All have a great weekend.......Larry
