Sony was at one time named in the original suit--they were dropped ``b/c`` of strategic reasons``--it now turns out that they have joined Intel, AMD, HP, and the rest--does anyone think that we may be working with S,T,&IBM on the cell? I know that DP said at one time our tech ``is much like Sony`s cell``. What wonderful news--wouldn`t it be great if we heard J3 settlements this afternoon or Monday morning! Good luck, ads
