The other thing to remember is that this news is under the radar as of now. PTSC has yet to put out their release with a bit more information. When it does we could see the 52 week high again. Whether it sticks there is another story but Sony is a huge story regardless of how much they paid. It makes the J3 settlement near a done deal. IMO, of course.
