Unfortunately just because you own a patent doesn`t mean that someone can`t use it. They may be breaking the law and still using the patent. Enforcement is the issue. Yesterday I saw three separate incidents of cars/people running red lights ( by more than 5 seconds ) Illegal? Yes! Enforceable? No cops around! Consequences? could have been. Lots of people seem to think the laws apple to everyone but them, or that the line between the law and breaking it is wider than I was taught. I could go on about other ways the laws seem to be being ignored or broken but this board is about PTSC !
