Besides the insiders when is the company buying back shares? Have they been or will they be doing so in the future? Not much discussion lately about it. Did PTSC buy back stock to have for the options? Are they buying back more for a purchase of ? some company for both cash and stock? Could the insiders sell there shares to the company later to help facilitate a purchase ( which I believe is coming )?
