I felt that they indicated that the prices would increase over time. I don`t recall if they spoke of reaching a new level, but I got that feeling ( others feel free to offer your take on this please ). As to what they would do with the money, I think they already know what they would/will do and especially what they have to do. I feel that more dividends are coming and/or a purchase to help easy the tax consequences of lump sum payments. Hope this helps. GLTAL.
