Ron Thanks but it has been a month

since we heard that it would be a few days that we would

hear from the courts (POHL`s own words) Why would this process of issuing a Case Management Order and/or a Scheduling Order take so long. The postponement of the order seems would fuel speculation as to settlements and would have a positive impact on the share price.
