What does this paragraph mean? Will they have to file another amendment before any of the ones on seller`s table actually sell? If so, why not wait until they were ready? I am of the opinion that something is very very close to being settled. It could be the J3 or it could be Sony has a buyout offer on the table. Good luck to all, ads
