That is the way I read it ... 4,980,000 added to OS count.

``We are registering 4,980,000 shares issuable on the exercise of warrants issued between April 26, 2004 and March 1, 2006.``

``We are also registering 17,204,442 shares that are issued and outstanding.``

Afraid I don`t know the how`s and why`s as to these individual owners coming together for public offerings like this.

Wondered if Suzie asked Hawk if they had already sold or just gearing up to sell at some point.joe
