kiddtrader - It is my understanding that this ruling prevents an injunction from being levied against against an infringer automatically upon losing in court. How would this ruling have any effect on a monetary judgement being levied by a court? I don`t know about you but I only care about the monetary aspect of enforcement. Injunctive relief I could care less about and I suspect Patriot feels the same. Show me the money... that`s the bottom line, not stop production.
