I should have said ``could force`` because the current statement shows plans for shares to be placed in the treasury for possible future use, so that would only remove from float not OS, imo. and not require S/L to reduce holdings. But one ``check`` seems to be that there is nothing to stop us from retiring the shares if we wanted to. I guess that decision will be made dependent on the scope of buyback. If it`s large...I would hope many are retired for good unless needed for a merge/aquisition. Just don`t want to see us remove dilution only to pay for services with those shares later. (ie. PR firms, cleaning lady etc.)joe
