There are so many possibilities. Who is to say that EDIG can`t hold up production or freeze BOW`s attempt to have any IFE with a suit of their own? Atul suggested to me that we had them by the.... well, he was confident that they needed us, not the other way around. What airline is going to want to get involved with any suit just to get a product from either party. It`s in everyone`s interest to work things out. Wencor has sold off all their IFE attempts as I recall so why is this attempt any different? This might just be a way to place blame and not own up to their own mistakes ( such as XT/wireless )and get something before they pull out of the IFE altogether, all IMO.
