Hard to tell - PTSC`s been sitting on thie PR announcement for a while, why now? Also sounds like we`re also close to the 200 DMA....technical move?

Tough to tell, haven`t paid much attention to the block size, could be real, could be a bunch of us sitting here thinking ``this is it, i`m pulling the trigger`` and we could be inducing ourselves into a mini-surge for phantom reasons...
