Normally, I`d say this was/is a ``dead cat bounce``, and still could be. However, the volume is picking up, oft times a prelude to an Announcement....Tomorrow perhaps?? To give investors something to chew on over the weekend???...First news usually is published on the TPL site...Stay tuned..
