If PTSC management wants to affect the pps the most after publicly stating the stock is undervalued, they can and should wait until the sellers are few. We, the owners of the company, will get the best value at that time.
Wheather PTSC decides this is the price they want to begin buying, who knows? Once the program begins (I assume it has not), we should see a more stable pps, IMO.
At current levels, my guess is the buy back program could reduce the float enough to make for more stable highs and lows. That`s more speculative than fact, but it makes sense to me and I am WAY confused as to the current spiral down.
I`m still waiting to add and I am certainly willing to pay more than the current pps should it be necessary.
It would seem the real game of settleing with one or all of the J3 begins with the court releasing a time line. Once the clock starts, IMO, the reasonable folks on both sides will get busy on deal.
