I almost get the feeling that with all the press the so called ``rocket docket`` has been getting lately....that maybe these guys have decided to slow the pace a little. Anyone else? I mean for a court district to be come so predictable seems to be setting themselves up for some kind of retaliation or upper court reversal. I am thrilled that TPL has managed to get the case back to Texas. However, I wonder with all the ``patent troll`` talk and one sided verdicts being handed down in the past, that they have decided or been even advised to temper what might appear to be a rush to judgement by the court. Am I way off base myself? Probably. Yeah, forget what I said...Just one more for the patent holder and then think about reform. Banosser, where did you put that Macallan?
