I just arrived home from a long day in the office and while scanning the post I began to wonder and think (which in my case is sometimes a very dangerous thing to do). If ptsc/tpl settles with the J3 at a Markham Hearing or eventually win in trial how or who decides how much we receive. Is it the Judge or some formula set by the court.

In our previous settlements I have often wondered how the Leckrones settled on the amounts that we/they received. What was the formula? As there is no ``Blue Book`` to point to does anybody have any idea how to answer these questions?

Ron, if I improperly used the Markham hearing as a possible venue for settlement I apologize in advance for my lack of legal knowledge.
