remember how confident this board was that we would prevail in California and that Fish would testify on our behalf against TPL? That was a punch in the gut. More confidence exudes here in Texas. Personally, I would rather we settled. Less risk to the J3 so it is in their best interest and less risk to us. call it a win win but geez talk about an assault on your confidence.
