We do not know what has taken place already in jousting matches between the J3 and TPL. 200 man hours in Japan or whatever it was....was meant to suggest that they TPL, have put forth the effort. Now, we standing our ground. There are some very big egos here, that as you say, are more willing to risk all than to cave. You also make a good point in regard to now not settling with other infringers for small change. My frustration with share price and lack of news chants for another settlement but perhaps with the change of venue to Texas, TPL has stiffened its` demands and the percentages back their stance.
