Ron....Sometimes i am not clear......The issuance of a scheduling order/trial date is all i am looking for and what was represented/stated by DP at the SHM as being soon.......I am asking nothing more than that......

My belief is that lack of that basic knowledge and promise is why there are scared hands........I know you can not read every post, but i bought my first shares of PTSC last week @ .83 so i will be here for awhile....
